Georgia's three networks are Magti, Silknet and Cellfie, the operator that used to be Beeline Georgia. Between them they cover every town and the main highways with 4G/LTE, and Tbilisi has the densest network in the country. The Caucasus decides the rest. On the Georgian Military Highway you keep coverage through Gudauri and at Stepantsminda, and it weakens beyond Gergeti Trinity Church on the way to the glacier. Svaneti is covered in Mestia and thin on the road to Ushguli; Tusheti, beyond the Abano Pass, is limited to Omalo and is open only in summer anyway.
