eSIMify Refund Policy
We want you to stay seamlessly connected. If things don’t go as planned, here is how our refunds work:
1. When You Are Eligible for a Full Refund

Before Activation: You can request a 100% refund within 30 days of purchase if the eSIM has not been activated or used.

Technical Failure: If the eSIM fails to connect due to a technical glitch on our end or network incompatibility that our support team cannot resolve, a full refund will be issued.
2. When You Are NOT Eligible for a Refund

Device Incompatibility: If your phone does not support eSIM technology (always check compatibility before buying!).

Data Already Used: Once data consumption has started on the network, we cannot offer a refund unless there is a permanent technical failure.

Local Network Issues: Poor coverage caused by local carrier outages, environmental factors, or severe weather beyond our control.

Wrong Destination: If you accidentally purchase a plan for the wrong country and activate it.
3. How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team directly through the app or email us at support@esimify.com.

Please provide your Order ID, registered email, and a screenshot of your device's cellular settings if you are experiencing a technical issue.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
