Data Deletion Policy

At Esimify Global Private Limited ("eSIMify"), you are always in control of your personal data. This policy explains how you can delete your account and data, and what happens when you do.

1. Delete it yourself

The fastest way is self-service: sign in and go to My Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and associated personal data.

2. Request deletion

You can also ask us to delete your data by emailing support@esimify.in or messaging our WhatsApp support (+91 8291000333) from your registered contact. We may verify your identity before processing the request.

3. What gets deleted

Your profile, contact details and account preferences are deleted. We do not share your personal data with any third party as part of this process.

4. What we may retain

We may retain a limited set of records — such as invoices and transaction records — where we are required to do so for legal, tax or accounting purposes. These are kept only for the period required by law and are not used for any other purpose.

5. Timeline

Verified deletion requests are actioned promptly, and in any case within 30 days.
