Esimify Global Private Limited ("eSIMify", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with any third party for their own use.

Account & contact details — name, email, phone number and country code.
Order information — plans purchased, destination, order and payment status.
Technical data — device/platform, app version and basic usage needed to deliver and support your eSIM.

2. How we use your information

To create your account and process and deliver your eSIM orders.
To provide customer support and send order or service notifications.
To keep the service secure and comply with legal and tax obligations.

3. Sharing — we keep your data to ourselves

We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing or their own purposes. To deliver the service you request, a limited set of essential providers process data strictly on our behalf and only as needed — for example, the payment gateway that completes your transaction and the eSIM network provider that activates your plan. These providers are bound by confidentiality and may not use your data for anything else. We may also disclose information where required by law.

4. Data retention

We keep your information only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and thereafter only as required for legal, tax or accounting purposes.

5. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

6. Your rights & choices

You can access and update your details from My Profile at any time. You may also request a copy or correction of your data by contacting us.

7. Deleting your data

You can delete your account and associated personal data yourself from My Profile → Delete Account, or request deletion by emailing support@esimify.in or messaging our WhatsApp support. See our Data Deletion Policy for details.

8. Children

Our services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
