This policy ensures fair treatment of customers and efficient service management in compliance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

This policy applies to all eSIM services and subscriptions offered by eSIMify through its website and mobile applications. It covers both one-time eSIM purchases and recurring subscriptions.
3. Cancellation Window and Conditions
Customers can request cancellation under the following conditions:

Before Activation: If the eSIM has not been activated, customers may request cancellation within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After Activation: Once the eSIM has been activated, cancellations are generally not eligible for refunds. However, exceptions may be granted in cases of verified technical issues or if the service does not function as advertised.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be processed as per the following criteria:

Full Refunds: Eligible if the cancellation request is made within 48 hours of purchase and the eSIM has not been activated.

Partial Refunds: If the service was activated but did not function properly due to verified technical issues on eSIMify’s end, a partial refund or account credit may be provided at eSIMify’s discretion.

Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds will not be provided if the cancellation is requested after 48 hours of purchase and the eSIM is active and functional.
5. Cancellation Process
To cancel an eSIM, customers must:

6. Technical Issues and Service Quality Guarantee
In case of technical issues:

Service Review: If a customer reports eSIM functionality problems, eSIMify will investigate. If confirmed as a technical fault on eSIMify’s end, a refund or account credit may be issued.

Device Compatibility: eSIMify provides detailed information on supported devices. Customers are responsible for checking compatibility before purchase. Refunds will not be issued for device incompatibility.
7. Right to Refuse Cancellation or Refunds
eSIMify reserves the right to deny cancellation or refund requests if:

The eSIM has been used in violation of eSIMify’s Terms of Service.
